6 lbs Chairman’s Reserve® Beef standing rib roast
6 tablespoons Cool Smoke Seasoning
Baked potato (optional side)
- Coat roast with avocado oil and heavily season with Cool Smoke Seasoning.
- Pin up in the smoker at 225°F until the internal temperature reaches 119°F.
- Remove from the smoker and loosely tent it for 1 hour. Slice it into the thickness desired and serve with a baked potato.
