All the flavor and fun of a classic breaded Pork Tenderloin sandwich without the fuss of deep frying.
Chairman’s Reserve® Pork tenderloin (about 4 pounds)
2 tablespoons salt
2 cups panko or breadcrumbs
2 cups flour `
1 cup egg, whole liquid
2 tablespoons adobo seasoning
2 tablespoons pepper
Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns
1 jalapeno, diced
2 limes, juiced
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
- Cut tenderloin into 8 equal size chunks and pound each one out to ½ inch thickness.
- Divide your salt, pepper and adobo seasoning equally between the flour and panko and mix.
- In 3 step process, dip tenderloin in flour, followed by egg, and then in panko.
- Air-fry at 380°F for 8 minutes.
