Fresh from the smoker, these baby back ribs bring bold, smoky flavor and a bit of kick from the rub and sauce.
.Ingredients:
Chairman’s Reserve® baby back ribs
Swamp Boys BBQ Rib Rub
Five Monkeys® BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Season the ribs with yellow mustard and Swamp Boys BBQ Rib Rub.
- Wrap them in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place on the smoker for 3 hours at 220°F.
- Glaze the ribs with Five Monkeys BBQ Sauce. Then place back on smoker for one hour, unwrapped at 250°F.
