.Ingredients:
Meatloaf
Chairman’s Reserve® ground beef (about 4 pounds)
2 cups panko/breadcrumbs
4 eggs
2 cups scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons hoisin
3 tablespoons roasted garlic
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Glaze
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup Sriracha
¼ cup hoisin
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients until homogenous.
- Depending on size of air-fryer, shape into one or two loafs.
- Air-fry at 390°F for 60 minutes.
- While baking, combine glaze ingredients and slather on top for the last 10 minutes.
