Dress up your steak with this delicious and easy marinade, then pile high on your favorite sourdough or pita.
.Ingredients:
Steak
Chairman’s Reserve® flap steak (about 4 pounds)
1 cup olive oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons roasted garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon
2 tablespoons herbs, oregano and parsley
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Sourdough or pita bread
Fries
1 pound potatoes, cut into ½ in. sticks
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
⅓ cup feta, crumbled
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, score flap steak and marinate for 1 hour.
- Cut potatoes and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and toss fries with oil and air-fry for 20 minutes then toss with seasoning and feta.
- Air-fry flap steak at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
