Using a sous vide for juiciness and a cast-iron for searing really amps up the flavor in this sirloin steak dish — pair with fries and your favorite sauces.
Chairman’s Reserve® sirloin steaks (about 8 ounces each)
3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons black pepper
½ pound butter, softened
¼ cup soy sauce
- Seal all ingredients together and sous vide at 131°F for 5 hours.
- Bring to room temp and sear in a cast-iron skillet. Garnish with additional butter, garlic and fresh thyme (optional).
