Ingredients:
1 Chairman’s Reserve® Pork belly (about 4 pounds)
2 cups ssamjang paste
1 ½ cups pork stock
¼ cup ginger, minced
3 tablespoons black vinegar
2 tablespoons sambal
2 tablespoons roasted garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
- Score the fatty side of the pork belly.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over the pork.
- On saute mode, sear pork belly fatty side down for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Set the cooker on high for 1 hour 20 minutes.
