Taco seasoning, ranch and bone-in pork shoulder come together to create a fun and tasty twist on pulled pork.
.Ingredients:
1 Chairman’s Reserve® 6-7 lb bone-in pork shoulder
1 cup TK Taco Tuesday Seasoning
½ cup ranch dressing
Other ingredients to taste:
Pickled onions, cilantro, grated Chihuahua cheese, lime wedges, small street tortillas, FIVE MONKEYS® BBQ sauce.
Directions:
- Rub the pork shoulder with ranch dressing and TK Taco Tuesday Seasoning. Score the fat cap so all the flavors get into the meat as best as possible.
- Place on smoker at 225°F until the internal temperature of the pork hits 165°F.
- Foil wrap and place back on the smoker until the pork hits 203°F.
- Take it off the smoker, place it in a tray, unwrapped for about 1 hour, and then pull it.
- Warm tortillas.
