Pork chops are perfectly grilled, then paired with a smoky cinnamon and apple bake for next-level flavor.
.Ingredients:

4 Chairman’s Reserve® New York Pork chops
Chuck’s Flavor Train Smoky Pork Rub

4 apples diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:

- Mix all ingredients but the butter, then place in a small cast-iron skillet. Put the butter on top and then place on grill indirectly. These will cook at the same time as the chops.
New York chops
- Pat your chops dry.
- Sprinkle with Chuck’s Flavor Train Smoky Pork Rub or your favorite seasoning.
- Place on the indirect side of your grill until internal temperature hits about 140°F.
Then place on the direct side to char them up. Cook to 145°F-150°F
