2 Chairman’s Reserve® flank steaks (about 1 to 2 pounds)
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup Spanish olive oil
½ cup The W Sauce (or any Worcestershire sauce)
¼ cup white vinegar
⅓ cup liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute)
1 tablespoon chili flakes
2 minced garlic cloves
- Let the meat marinate for at least 24 hours.
- Remove the flanks from the marinade and pat dry. Set your grill at 500°F or higher.
- Place the steaks directly on the grill for 4 minutes each side for a perfect medium-rare temperature.
- Let the flanks rest for 15 minutes then cut at a 45-degree angle against the grain. Enjoy!
