When great steak is a passion, not a preference, you “relish” the opportunity to experience new flavor. Put a fresh spin on classic grilled ribeye steaks with this delicious dish.
4 Chairman’s Reserve® beef ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick
Freshly ground pepper
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 11 to 14 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 9 to 14 minutes) for medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Meanwhile combine tomato-olive relish ingredients. Serve steaks with relish.
